中 文 摘 要 目 的：本课题意在整理归纳古今相关文献，考究历代医家不论或少论 肝阳虚脾阴虚肺阳虚的原因及这些虚证的归属。以进一步完善中医藏象 学理论，提高指导临床的诊治水平。 方 法：查阅并整理历代中医文献，参考现代医学对肝、脾、肺三脏阴 阳盛衰的不对称的研究结果，结合现代对肝阳虚、脾阴虚、肺阳虚的临 床研究进展状况，及现代相关分类归纳、比较分析、系统总结等方法， 结合现代计算机技术和互联网技术。 结 果：无论从阴阳五行学说、天人相应观和《内经》的“整体恒动观”， 还是从《内经》的“运气思想”、易学的“变易思想”和“天人合一”等 思想的角度去分析，肝、脾、肺三脏阴阳盛衰是呈现不对称的、稳态的 非平衡状态。影响肝、脾、肺三脏阴阳盛衰的因素有体质因素、六淫邪 气、情志因素等。 结 论：不提或少提 “肺阳虚”、“肝阳虚”、“脾阴虚”是古代医家自觉 的选择。受“见肝之病知传脾”的影响古代医家将“脾阳虚”并“肾阳 虚”概言“肝阳虚”，将脾阴虚归纳入胃阴虚并脾气虚证的范畴，将肺阳 虚归纳入“肺气虚”、“肺中冷”或“肾阳虚”并“脾阳虚”的范畴。笔 者认为主要的原因受肝脾肺的生理特征和病理特点所决定。 关键词：肝；脾；肺；阴阳；盛衰；研究 2 Study on the theory of the asymmetric Yin-Yang of liver, spleen, and lung in modern medicine ABSTRAT Objectives: The aims of this work are reviewing the medical literatures about the partial Yin-Yang character of five internal organs in detail, investigating the reasons that the doctors of traditional Chinese medicine seldom studied liver yang deficiency, spleen yin deficiency, and lung yang deficiency throughout the ages, and finally enriching the theory of traditional Chinese medicine on visceral phase and improving its clinical dialectical techniques.
