用HPLC测定川芎中阿魏酸含量 摘 要：[目的] 为了[方法]并通过正交验确定提取的最佳工艺条件[结果][结论] 该研究为的应用奠定了基础，对于提高人们的健康水平有着重要意义。 Determination of Ferulic Acid in Chuangxiong by HPLC Abstract：[objective] The research aimed to sure the favourable method to extract ferulic acid in chuanxiong and fix the condition to detect Ferulic acid by HPLC.[method] Extract ferulic acid in the crushed chuanxiong by different kind of solvent and different method,and the optimum technique conditions for extracting ferulic acid in chuanxiong was confirmed by orthogonal test.[result] The result of orthogonal test show that the optimum technique conditions for extracting ferulic acid in chuanxiong is 25% ethanol, Reflux extraction?1.5h,ultrasonic extraction 15min.Determination of conditions by HPLC is,the detective wavelength is 320 nm,the folw rate is 1.000ml/min,the column temperature maintained at room temperature,and the mobile phase is a mixture of methanol-1% acetic acid(33:67).The linearity range of ferulic acid is 0.01 to 0.05mg/ml,and the method have good reproducibility and high recovery rate,the sample is stable in 8h.[conclusion] The research laid the foundation for the application of ferulic acid.Extracting and determinning ferulic acid is of great significance for improving the health of the people.
