分类号：XXX.X U D C：D10621-XXX-(2006)XXXX-0 密 级：公 开 编 号：XXXXXXXXXX xx学院 学位论文 我国信息咨询业的发展现状及策略研究 论 文 作 者 姓 名： 申 请 学 位 专 业： 信息管理与信息系统 申 请 学 位 类 别： 管理学学位 指导教师姓名（职称）： 论 文 提 交 日 期：  摘 要 在科技发展突飞猛进，信息容量急剧膨胀的今天，任何个人和群体只有借助“外脑”规范决策行为，才能把握正确的决策方向，才能取得科学决策的成果。我国信息咨询业是从80年代开始，它作为一个有潜力、有作为的新兴产业，对国家的工业化建设、市场经济的发展、国家基础设施现代化、提高社会生产力和保持国际竞争优势等起着十分重要的作用。知识经济的到来，对于信息咨询机构来说，既充满了机遇，又充满了挑战。一方面，知识经济时代的到来，使人们认识到信息和知识的重要性；另一方面，海外强大的信息咨询机构进入市场，使信息咨询行业的竞争更加激烈。 本文内容包括：对信息咨询市场分析、对信息咨询人员素质培养、对信息咨询产品的分析以及对信息咨询机构实施质量管理和创新；并将政府对信息咨询机构的扶持贯彻到每一个章节中；最后对影响信息咨询机构竞争力的其他方面作的分析，并提出了相应的对策。 关键词：信息咨询业 发展现状 策略 Abstract Owing to the sharp improvement of science technology and the rapid expansion of information, individuals and groups should determine the behaviors and then obtains prominent succeeds by means of outside brains, if they try hard to hold the precious decisions. Chinese consulting industry that begins in the 1998s is a potential and promising industry. It plays an important role in the industrialization, improvement of marketing ecology and modernization of substructures, and is also beneficial to improving the productivity and keeping the superiority in the international competition. While the whole world has stepped into the knowledge economy, there are full of opportunities and challenges for the information consulting institutes. They are showed in two aspects as follows: With the advent of knowledge economy era, almost everyone has been aware of the importance of information and knowledge. On the other hand, the competition in the field of information consultation will become hotter with the entrance of oversea information consulting institutes. The whole content of my paper involves the analysis of information consulting market, training of consultant stuff and originative management of information consultation institutes. And in my paper, I also supports of government for information industry are carried through every chapter.
