摘要 最强的DPPH 自由基清除能力,其次是CH-TPN,TPN 最低,并且三者均表现 出相近的FRAP 还原能力。 连续的体外消化实验和单独的肠液消化实验表明,CH-TPN 在胃液环境下 始终保持最佳的稳定性,CH-TPN 对茶多酚组分EGCG 表现出最佳的保护效果, S-CH-TPN 则对茶多酚组分ECG 表现出更好的体外消化保护效果。并且对比两 种消化方式表明,胃液的消化会影响样品在肠液中的消化情况。 关键词:茶多酚纳米脂质体;壳聚糖;硅烷;结构性质;体外消化 II Abstract ABSTRACT Liposome as a novel delivery system, has been widely applied in pharmaceutical, cosmetical and food industry. However, it suffers a lot of problems including self-aggregates, easy drug leakage from the system, which severely limits the application of liposome. Nowadays, researchers proposed modification of liposome through several ways to improve the properties of liposome, such as surface modification by sediment of polyelectrolyte outside the liposome, preparing innovative liposomes with new characteristics by lipid derivatives, etc. In this paper, tea polyphenol (with great bioactivity, embracing anti-oxidation, anticancer, anti-inflammatory, etc. what’s more, it is easy to be detected) was chosen as the core material. Tea polyphenol nanoliposome(TPN) was obtained by combining ethanol injection with dynamic high-pressure microfluidization method. Through following modification, the traditional modification liposome chitosan-liposome(CH-TPN) was obtained by chitosan. Furthermore, based on CH-TPN, a new type of modified liposome silica-chitosan-liposome(S-CH-TPN) was acquired. Further investigation on the modification theory was conducted, along with the effect of modification material on the structure as well as the bioavailability of tea polyphenol liposome.
