内蒙古科技大学本科生毕业设计说明书题 目：教学办公楼供暖与给排水设计学生姓名：学 号：专 业：建筑环境与设备工程班 级：指导教师：摘 要该教学楼采暖部分设计采用双管下供下回系统。对于教学楼供，竖向分区供热系统要对所选散热器的管材属性和承压能力进行考虑，以及室外管网的压力和系统水力计算的平衡情况来确定每区的层数。根据建筑结构特点该设计教学楼层数较少所以选用双管下供下回同程式系统，双管下供下回形式上层循环环路长度较长阻力大，下层循环环路长度短阻力小，因此刚好抵消重力作用产生的上层大于下层的附加压力，减小垂直失调问题。所以采暖设计部分根据建筑的具体情况优先选用了下供下回双管异程式系统。在系统布局安排上，以简化系统、节省管材、减少地下埋管，节省室内空间、排气顺畅、满足用户要求为宗旨符合用户要求，且施工中，每安好一层既可以立即投入使用，为冬季施工带来许多方便。系统采用散热器采暖。散热器采用铸铁型散热器，优点是金属耗量少，外形美观，耐压强度高，水容量大，不易被腐蚀，寿命要比钢制长。该设计还包括给水系统、排水系统部分。给水系统设计包括给水方式的选择、给水管材、管径的选择和相应水力计算。排水系统由排水管材、管径的选择布置和相应的水力计算等组成。的关键词：双管下供下回；铁制柱型散热器；给水系统；排水系统AbstractThe design of the heating of the teaching adopts the two-pipe reversed return heating system ,If the building in a high-rise building ,the heating system will be designed into two or over two independent system in the perpendicular direction ,which is called the vertical division .When applying the vertical division ,people should consider the pressure capacity of the selected radiator ,pipe attributes,outdoor pipe network system and the pressure of hydraulic calculation of the balance to decide the amount of the floors of each division ,According to the construction features of the two-rise building,it will adopt the two pipe reversed return heating system .Because of the longer upper loop cycle with greater resistance and the shorter lower loop cycle with less resistance ,this kind of system can just offset the effect of the additional pressure caused by the gravity and reduce the vertical imbalance .For the arrangement of the system layout ,it is designed basing on the idea of simplifying the system,saving the pipes ,reducing the underground burned pipes,saving interior space,exhausting flow and meeting user’s requirements.And in the person of the construction,when one floor is finished ,it can be used immediately ,which brings lots of convenience to the construction in winter .The system adopts the iron column type radiator ,The radiators use iron pillars which have the advantages of less metal consum
