毕业设计报告（论文）题目：高校财务风险浅析外文题目：Analysis on financial risk management in colleges系别；信息技术与商务管理专业：财务管理班级：姓名：学号：指导老师：完成日期：2017.04.09高校财务风险管理浅析摘要无论在提高民族素质、造就各类高级人才、迎接21世纪激烈竞争与挑战方面，还是在提高国家科研水平、促进科研成果转化、促进我国经济持续、健康、快速发展方面，高等教育都发挥着举足轻重的作用。随着我国改革开放的深入和经济的快速发展,我国的高校教育改革也在不断前行。在这个过程中,高校财务风险管理问题也在不断的显现。为了高校教育的可持续健康的发展,本文对高校主要的财务风险进行了分类，包括收支不平衡风险、偿债风险和投资风险。概括出了高校财务风险的特征，包括客观性、复杂性和不确定性。总结出了高校财务风险形成的内外部原因：内部包括风险责任意识薄弱、财务管理制度不完善和监管缺位；外部包括政府的财政支出不足，政府对高校的财务监管不够，银行没有制定严格的贷款机制，没有严肃审核高校的偿债能力，盲目贷款等。提出了预防和控制高校财务风险的管理策略：高校内部要扩宽筹资渠道，增加收入来源；加强内部风险控制；完善财务管理制度。政府要加大财政支出，以满足高校的日常经营。政府还应颁布关于高校债务风险化解的奖惩机制，积极引导高校发展。银行要建立健全贷款机制，严格审核高校的偿债能力才准许贷款，并在高校无法偿债时，采取有效措施帮助高校化解偿债危机。关键词：高校，财务风险，风险管理AbstractWhatever in improving national quality, bringing up all kinds of talents, meeting the 21th century fierce competitions and challenges, or in improving the level of national scientific research, promoting the transformation of scientific research achievements, stimulating the persistent development of our economic and health, higher education has played a pivotal role.
