In the modern enterprises, the purchase management is an important part of enterprise production. The majority enterprises also realize the importance of procurement management with a full understanding. The purchase work relates to the quality of the product directly, even relates to the popularity of enterprise and reputation, and so on. Just-in-time procurement is particularly important in the procurement work, the quality and the quantity of just in time procurement well guaranteed, is advantageous in guaranteeing product quality and enhancing the safety coefficient of the product. Simultaneously, purchase work also relates to the enterprise’s sales achievement and the customer to enterprises degree of satisfaction. Just in time procurement is not only the procurement department’s efforts will be able to do well on the one hand, but also need suppliers vigorously support and coordination, therefore, management of suppliers appears especially important. The enterprises can establish the win-win relation model with suppliers which trust and support mutually, this strategic cooperation between the enterprises has become a trend in the development of relations. In this paper, content has two parts including purchase management and supplier management. The definition of procurement and the role and requirements of procurement are discussed in the purchase management. The purchase management detail the concept of procurement, the scope of procurement, the goods classification of procurement, the basic task of procurement, the status and role of procurement and the requirement of proc
