闸板防喷器三维技术开发--毕业论文汇.doc

摘 要 随着新时代高新技术的发展，三维技术的逐步成熟，三维技术的应用越加广泛。在油田的建设中，信息化油田已经成为大势所趋，本文结合油田油井的井喷现象，针对三维技术在闸板防喷器的应用进行可行性研究，运用三维技术，将闸板防喷器的仿真效果逼真的展示出来。 三维技术的应用主要是运用三维技术建模，渲染，成图等技术对闸板防喷器数据进行展示。通过详细的问题定义与需求分析对闸板防喷器的仿真进行了合理的设计，运用3dmax开发软件进行三维建模、渲染、成图等。运用photoshop软件对模型材质进行优化以达到更加逼真的效果，运用AE和Realflow软件对模型进行最后的合成以及粒子效果演示。RealFlow流体模拟软件打破了三维动画软件中的粒子系统功能的局限性，真实模拟出设备内部流体的运动和变化，直观表现闸板防喷器开井与关井时防止井喷等较真实的特效。 通过本系统的应用，可以直观模拟作业过程，使岗位员工能够对闸板防喷器的内部结构有充分的认识，不仅降低了传统教学可能产生操作事故的危险，也降低了培训费用，得到良好的教学效果。 关键词：闸板防喷器；三维建模；渲染；粒子系统Abstract With the development of new high-tech in the new era, three-dimension technologies have been matured gradually and the applications in three-dimension technology is increasingly wide. In oil field construction, the information based on oil field has become the general trend. The article combined the blowout phenomenon with oil wells and oil field, aiming at the feasibility study for the application of 3D technology in ram blowout preventer, and use 3D technology to show the vivid simulating result of ram blowout preventer. Mainly, the application of three-dimension technology is modeling by using three-dimension technology, rendering, mapping as well as other operations to display the dates of ram blow preventer. Through the detailed issue definition and analysis with requirements make reasonable design for the simulating of ram blow preventer, using 3DMAX software to process a three-dimensional modeling, making rendering and mapping and so forth. We use Photoshop software to optimizes the materials of modeling in order to achieve more realistic results, making the final conjunction of modeling and displaying the result of particle by the software of AE and Realflow.
