解放J6重卡9挡变速器的设计 变速器用来改变发动机传到驱动轮上的转矩和转速,目的是在原地起步、爬坡、转弯、加速等各种行驶工况下,使汽车获得不同的牵引力和速度,同时使发动机在最有利的工况范围内工作。变速器设有空挡,可在起动发动机、汽车滑行或是停车时使发动机的动力停止下能够驱动轮传输。变速器设有倒挡,使汽车获得倒退行驶的能力。需要时,变速器还要有动力输出功能。因此在设计过程中时,既要满足轮廓尺寸和重量要求,又要保证工作的可靠性,还要考虑到必要的动力性和经济性及拆装容易、维修方便等使用要求。 本文在绪论中介绍了国内外发展历史及发展趋势。美国伊顿公司生产的富勒RT11509C中间轴式倍挡机械式变速器,J6重卡9挡手动变速器。解放J6整车参数,对变速器齿轮的结构参数、轴的结构尺寸等进行设计计算并对弯曲强度、接触应力以及轴的刚度进行了校核。对变速器的传动方案和结构形式进行设计;同时对操纵机构和同步器的结构进行设计;确定具参数后建立三维模型,并绘制出二维装配图及零件图。 :变速器齿轮同步器设计 Design of Jiefang Heavy Truck 9 Shifts Transmission Abstract gearbox is applied to change the torque and speed transmitted from the engine to drive-wheels. At this ,the vehicle will gain various speed and traction under different running conditions such as starting, climbing, turning, accelerating, etc. At the same time, the engine can be operating under the best state. The gearbox is set a neutral gear, so the power from engine may be stop in engine starting, sliding motion and stopping to the vehicle. The gearbox is also set a reverse gear so as to gain back-running performance. If there is necessary, the gearbox can also output power. For these reasons, the design must be in according with the conditions of outline dimensions and weight or guaranteeing working reliability, as well as necessary power performance, economic value, the usable requirements, maintenance. This paper describes domestic and foreign heavy truck transmission development status and trends in the introduction, and has s design of J6 heavy truck 9-speed manual transmission. Given engine output torque, speed and maximum speed, maximum grade ability conditions to be told, we focus on the structural parameters of the transmission gears, shafts, other structural dimensions design calculations, transmission schemes and the design and structure of the transmission.
