毕业设计说明书 大名县兴安小区-2#楼施工组织设计 专 业 土木工程 学 生 马 伟 指导教师 刘德乾 河北工程大学土木工程学院 2013年5月29日 摘要 本施工组织设计系大名县兴安小区-2#楼施工组织设计。该工程地下一层，地上十一层，含一层架空层，采用剪力墙结构，总建筑面积为：10403.55m2，主体建筑高度31.65m。 Abstract This project is one of Daming Country in Xingan area high level housingbuildings. Its’ building area is10403.55m2 and is as far as 31.65m . Includes one floor’s underground structure and 10 floor’s superstructure and a layer of overhead layer, and uses the shear wall of structure. The design is based on the general construction organization design and construction and installation enterprises annual financial plan for construction technology, management organization is determined. Construction general layout, process equipment layout and supplementary investigation data, make the construction layout. With reference to construction manual, technology acceptance specifications and instructions, construction sequence, construction flow is determined, the construction scheme and technical measures of each sub-part of the project. According to the engineering and construction quota arrangement of schedule and labor, equipment, material, component and semi-finished products supply, rational division of the construction period, and on the road, the site use, hydropower energy guarantee arrangement and construction site facilities planning, construction organization design and construction, technology and economy, the front and rear, enterprises global activities and projects, to harmonize the relationship between the construction of various departments, units, and each stage of the project, the construction based on scientific and reasonable, so do people do their best, with high quality, low cost, high speed, to obtain the best economic benefits and social benefits.
