北京市高学历女性的初次就业问题的研究 摘 要 女性就业一直都是社会关注的话题。而高学历女性作为这个群体中的一部分，其就业就显得更加重要。然而，近几年来，市场就业压力不断增大已成为不争的事实，受08年下半年经济危机的影响，失业率持续上升，高学历女性的初次就业问题就显得更加突出，主要表现为四点：一、高学历女性在求职过程中遭遇到性别歧视。二、高学历女性的就业质量有所降低。三、高学历女性就业领域往往比男性窄。四、高学历女性选择结婚或继续深造来逃避就业。 针对高学历女性初次就业中存在的问题，本论文从经济、女性自身、学校教育、社会观念、法律法规和人口等方面进行了深入、系统的研究，总结出了我国高学历女性初次就业存在问题的原因。对如何解决上述问题，本文从国家政府、各大高校、女性自身等方面提出了建议。 关键词 : 初次就业；高学历女性；女性就业 Abstract Since the female has gotten employed has been the topic which the society pays attention.
