The network has become an integral part in people’s life and study. It also plays an important role in obtainning knowledge, understanding social and cooperation etc. Especially for the college students, this role plays more apparently.In this situation, BBS emerged. As the important media of people’s exchanges online, it is convenient for people to exchange information and share resources, at the same time ,greatly promote the prompt capture and promotion of social information. For different users and the demand of the market, the existing BBS type is various.BBS posts in accordance with the basic structure, BBS can be divided into the plane structure and the tree structure.This paper designs a campus tree structure BBS, the tenet is to serve to the students and the purpose is to provide an online exchanges and opinion platform for college students.It will discussed the key technologies and methods used in developing a tree structure BBS to everybody.It mainly uses the ASP technology and the ACCESS database technology.In this paper the realization method of the above techniques are discussed in detail, and describes the design thought ,the realization and the later test scheme of the tree structure BBS.
