瓶装牛肉酱自动生产线－PLC控制系统和测试系统的设计 摘 要 瓶装牛肉酱自动生产线是一类比较传统的生产线，随着国民经济的发展和人民生活的改善，这种自动生产线技术也得到了空前的发展。近年来，我国的瓶装牛肉酱需求量日趋增大，随着市场竞争的加剧与消费群体的日益成熟，对瓶装牛肉酱的要求也越来越高。但是我国的瓶装牛肉酱生产工业目前还存在许多不尽如人意的地方。由于瓶装牛肉酱自动生产线的控制复杂，目前我国大多数瓶装牛肉酱生产企业技术装备落后，自动化程度低，产品质量不稳定。如何提高瓶装牛肉酱生产的综合自动化水平，增强我国瓶装牛肉酱产业的综合实力和国际竞争力是一个刻不容缓的研究课题。为此，本文通过对瓶装牛肉酱自动生产线的控制及关键问题的分析，从硬件、软件两个方面对瓶装牛肉酱生产过程中的自动控制系统进行设计。整个系统分为两个部分。第一部分为可编程控制器(PLC)控制系统的设计，控制瓶装牛肉酱自动生产线的相关动作，主要完成对现场数字、模拟信号进行采集和处理以及对执行元件进行实时控制的功能。第二部分为测试系统的设计，通过PLC系统的内部信号对系统进行测试，并将结果显示到文本屏上，方便用户处理各种情况。 关键词：装箱机；瓶装牛肉酱； PLC Abstract Automatic production line of bottled sauce beef is one of traditional production line. With the development of civil economy and the improvement of demotic living condition，Bottled sauce beef industry has also been rapidly improved. But still，because of the complex technology of the bottled sauce beef production，there are many drawbacks，Such as behindhand technical equipments，rare application of automation，instable product quality. How to improve the integrated automation level in automatic production line of bottled sauce beef becomes a urgent research project. Thus，this paper designs the automatic production line of bottled sauce beef in hardware and software through analyzing the technology and the analysis of key issues. Two aspects of the bottled sauce beef process in the control system design. Adopting a classification system as a whole structure. The first class for the programmable logic controller(PLC), complete control of the main software interface and control process data monitoring, management and recording functions. PLC main sub-stations between the stations and through network connection, PLC and IPC network connection. The two class for Test System (PLC),system is tested by internal signal of PLC, and result is printed by the signal screen for convenient.
