摘要 本设计是成都**饭店综合楼中央空调设计，该饭店为十三层建筑，并设有地下室，总建筑面积12351m2，总层高43m。 空调设计中，一、二层的大空间（商场、大堂、大堂吧等）采用全空气一次回风的空气处理方案，从节能的角度考虑，采用露点送风。空气处理机组设在每层的空调机房内，新回风经集中处理后送入各空调房间。气流组织采用上送上回的气流组织形式，送风口选用方形散流器，回风口采用单层百叶回风口。 其余空调房间（办公室、客房、包间）因面积较小，采用风机盘管加新风系统，将室外新风处理到低于室内空气焓值的状态，承担室内全部湿负荷和部分冷负荷。新风由设置在走廊内的吊顶新风机组处理后送入各房间，送风采用双层百叶送风口。风机盘管送风选用侧送式，安装形式为卧式暗装。 空调用制冷机房设在地下室，选用两台螺杆式冷水机组。夏天使用冷水机组提供的7/12℃的冷水，冬天由换热器将来自集中锅炉房的95/70℃的锅炉供水转换为60/50℃的热水后，送入各房间。水管路采用两管制。冷却塔置于屋顶，每台冷水机组各配一台。 关键字：空调设计，全空气系统，风机盘管系统，冷水机组 Abstract This design is the Chengdu **hotel synthesis building central air conditioning design, This hotel is 13 constructs, And is equipped with the basement, Total floor space 13000m2.Total building store height 43m.
