Step 1: Before New Class

Step 2: Revision

Step 3: Lead in New lesson
Use some real things to revise the sentence :“This is …”Then show a photo of a family and introduce everyone in the photo to the class. After that lead students to read each sentence after the teacher: Do the drill.
Step 4: Practice
Listen to the tape twice, have students read after the tape and at the same time point at everyone in the photo.
Step 5: Act
Ask students to introduce the photo on P1 to others .Then take out oneself family photos and introduce family members to the class.
Step 6: Write
