长春工程学院毕业设计（论文） PAGE 摘 要 饮马河水利枢纽施工组织设计与概算的主要内容包括施工导流设计、施工工艺、施工总布置及进度控制和施工设计概算四大部分。 施工导流主要由确定导流方案，选择导流方式，划分导流时段，设计各期导流建筑物，选择截流方法、截流日期、截流材料，确定坝体拦洪高程，基坑排水、围堰渗流稳定分析等几部分构成。施工工艺则包括料场的选择、开采和运输，计算临时工程工程量，确定主体工程的施工方法及工艺；施工总布置及进度控制包括确定施工辅助企业规模及布置，制定工程总进度计划表。 关键词 施工导流 施工工艺 施工总布置及进度控制 Abstract The organization design and construction budget of Li Jiang water conservancy project includes the construction diversion design,construction technology, construction layout and schedule control,construction design estimates. Construction diversion is determined mainly by the construction diversion program, selecting the diversion mode, dividing diversion period, the design of diversion structures , selecting the closure method, the date of closure, closure materials, determing the height of dam Lan Hong, foundation drainage, cofferdam seepage and stability analysis and so on.Field of construction technology include the choice of materials, mining and transportation, temporary works engineering calculation of the amount, determing the subject construction method and technique.Construction Layout and schedule control include construction of auxiliary enterprises to determine the size and layout, formulation of total project progress schedule.Construction budget include the preparation of tables, each sub-project budget proposals, sub-annual investment and financial flows sheet scales.
