本 科 毕 业 论 文（设 计） 选煤厂周边传动浓缩机的设计 摘 要 近年来随着生活水平的提高，城市生活污水和工业废水的排放量也逐年递增。解决城市水污染的根本出路在于建设城市污水处理厂。我国在城市污水处理厂建设方面成绩卓越。沉淀池作为污水处理厂的常规水处理构筑物，在水处理厂 中发挥重要的作用。而作为水处理中最基本方法的沉淀法，在水处理的不同阶段都发挥着重要的作用。浓缩设备在选矿厂一般用于过滤之前的精矿浓缩或尾矿脱水，还可广泛用于煤炭、化工、建材以及水源和污水处理等工业中含固料浆液的浓缩和净化。 浓缩机主要由圆形浓缩池和耙式刮泥机两大部分组成，浓缩池里悬浮于矿浆中的固体颗粒在重力作用下沉降，上部则成为澄清水，使固液得以分离，沉积于浓缩池底部的矿泥由耙式刮泥机连续地刮集到池底中心排矿口排出，而澄清水则由浓缩池上沿溢出。耙式浓缩机通常可分为中心传动式和周边传动式两大类，构造大致相同，都是由池体、耙架、传动装置、给料装置、排料装置、安全信号和耙架提升装置组成。 浓缩机机主要有周边传动式、中心传动式、矩形平流池桁车式、链传动式等。它是排泥机械中的一种常见设备，它是沉淀池不可缺少的设备。本设计研究的刮泥机为周边传动式。 关键词：浓缩机；周边传动；功率计算；整体设计；选煤厂；尾矿脱水 Coal Preparation Plant φ30 m rubber tire peripheral drive concentrator design Abstract With the improvement of living standards in recent years, municipal sewage and industrial wastewater is emissions every year.
