AbstractFECGhasawiderangeofclinicalapplicationsaseffectiveindicatorsforfetalhealth.Non-invasivemethodisthemainwaytogetFECG,whichbringsmaternalECGandnoiseatthesametime,sotoextractFECGfromthemixed-signalisthepremiseofthemedicaltesting.Thepapercarriesonthefollowingaspects:Firstly,thepaperappliesRobustICAtotheextractionofFECGforthefirsttime.BasedonthestudyofRobustICAalgorithmandcomparationwithFastICAthroughtherelevanttest,thespeedandaccuracyof separationofRobustICAisconfirmedtobesuperiortoFastICA,andthe algorithmshowsgreatrobustnesstodatadeficiencies.Secondly,combiningwithwaveletdenoising,thethesisfirstlyimprovesRobustICAafteracarefulstudyofmaternalandfetalECGcharacteristics.Maternal-fetalECGsignalsarefirstlypreprocessed with waveletdenoising,andthenseparatedbyRobustICA.The clarityof extractionisgreatlyimprovedasresultsshow.Thirdly,thethesisimprovesRobustICAwithwaveletdecompositionfromanewperspective.AftersimplifyingthemixingECGsignalswithwaveletdecomposition,thecomplexsignalsareconvertedtosimplewaveletcoefficients,whichenhancingtheoverallseparationeffectofthealgorithm.Fourthly,thepapermakesthefirstattempttoimproveRobustICAwithsparsedecomposition.Undertheuseofmatchingpursuitoptimizedbygeneticalgorithm,thepapersparsesthemixingECG,andthenseparatesthe singalswithRobustICA.
