优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 摘 要 我国是发展中国家，人口众多，资源相对短缺，生态环境脆弱，人口、资源、环境 状况与经济社会发展还很不协调。如何促进经济发展与人口、资源和环境的协调发展， 在新的阶段，做到人口、资源、环境和经济齐头并进，是目前需解决的重要问题。经济、 人口、资源和环境的协调度测评是很多学者正在研究的课题，而且也取得了一定的成绩。 协调度测评的方法逐渐丰富，更加科学，并将评价方法有效地运用到实践中。协调度的 评价测评是一项重要的工作，但这不是本文的重点内容。在此作者认为评价经济、人口、 资源和环境的协调度的最终目的是促进系统的协调发展，剖析经济发展与人口、资源和 环境的现状，预测预警未来的协调度水平，未雨绸缪，防患于未然，以便采用有效的措 施促进经济-人口-资源-环境的协调发展。经济-人口-资源-环境协调度预警研究正是在 这一背景下提出的。 论文在综述相关理论的基础上，界定了经济发展与人口、资源和环境协调度的内涵， 遵循客观性、完备性、科学性、系统性、可比性和实用性的原则，采用频度统计法、理 论分析法和专家咨询方法，从经济发展、人口、资源和环境四个方面构建了经济发展与 人口、资源、环境协调度指标体系；利用主成分分析法综合评价经济系统、人口系统、 资源系统和环境系统的协调发展水平，按照各系统所占的比重计算出经济发展与人口、 资源和环境的协调度。在对经济-人口-资源-环境协调度指标体系进行综合评价的基础 上，采用时间序列 ARIMA 模型预测经济发展和人口、资源、环境之间的协调度。参照山 东省生态省建设规划和国民经济发展规划期望实现的目标，确定协调度阈值，采用时间 序列 ARIMA 模型对未来几年山东省经济-人口-资源-环境协调度进行了预测预警，以便制 定促进经济-人口-资源-环境协调发展的对策建议，从而促进山东省经济平稳快速的发 展。 关键词：ARIMA，时间序列，经济-人口-资源-环境协调度，预警 II II Abstract China is a developing country, population and resources are relatively scarce, fragile ecological environment, population, resources, environment and economic and social development is uncoordinated. How to promote economic development and population, resources and environmental development in the new phase, so that population, resources, environment and economy go hand in hand, this is an important issue to be resolved. The coordination degree evaluation of economy, population, resources and environment is the subject that many scholars are studying, but also achieved some results. Coordination degree evaluation method is becoming more scientific and effective in practice. Evaluation of the coordination degree is an important work, but this is not the focus of the content of this paper. Author believes that the ultimate goal of assessment of the economy, population, resources and environment is to promote the coordinated development of the system, this paper analyzed the economic development and population, resources and environment, and forecast its future coordination degree of early warning level, take precautions in prevention, so that we
