SYSTEMDYNAMICS MODELINGANALYSIS ONSPAREPARTSOPERATIONSSYSTEMINTHECOMPANYAABSTRACTAscompetitioninPCindustrybecomesmoreandmoreseverely,margininthisfieldbecomesthinnerandthinner.Servicepartsmanagementbecomesmoreandmoreimportantandstandsinthefrontierofleanoperationsenhancementcampaignofacompany.However,consideringcomplexityofcategories,operationsingloballevelandlong-termservicepartsmanagement,theindustryurgentlyneedsasystematicanalysismethodtoanalyzeservicepartsoperationssystem,assessrelevantfactors’influenceoninventoryandcost,andevaluateprosandconsofdifferentoperatingscenarios.Inthepaper,itfirstlyreviewedhistoricalrelevantresearchandpapers,andchoseSterman’sgeneralinventorymanagementsystemdynamicsmodelasthebaseforfollowingmodelingprocess.Itintroducedbasicconcepts,system dynamicstheory、typicalSDmodelsandmodelingprocesses.Secondly,weemployed Delphimethodtoidentifyimportantfactorsandtheirinterrelationsinthreeroundsofanonymousquestionnaireprocesses.Thirdly,webuiltacompletestocksandflowsSDmodelstepbystepandgivethemodelrightformulasandvalues.Fourthly,wefurthervalidated themodelbytesting its unitconsistency, reality,extremeperformanceandsensitivity.
