摘要摘要目前，信息化的建设已经遍布各个领域，适应信息技术发展要求的人事档案 管理信息系统必将成为企业提高人事管理效率和水平的有力手段。集成化、网络 化、实用化、个性化已成为当今MIS 开发与应用的主流，因而开发一套集最新技 术及理念的人事档案管理系统将事在必行。本文从沈阳市高压局对人事档案管理工作的实际需求出发，采用C/S结构，使 用 微 软 公 司 最 新 推 出 的 开 发 平 台 Visual Studio 2010 ，并 结合 数据库软件 Microsoft SQL Server 2008，开发设计人事档案管理系统。该系统由六个子系统 组成：档案操作子系统、信息查询子系统、系统设置子系统、数据处理子系统、 打印子系统和帮助子系统。其中，档案操作子系统主要实现对档案信息的添加、 修改、删除、备份和恢复等操作；信息查询子系统主要实现通过姓名、部门、毕 业院校以及籍贯、户口所在地等信息对档案的精确查找，也可以通过同时输入多 个关键字完成对档案信息进一步的查询工作；数据处理子系统主要实现对单位人 员相关信息的统计和计算；系统设置系统则可以使用户对其登陆密码进行修改。 此外管理员还可以设置普通用户对此系统的操作权限，以及对档案内容项目（例 如：民族、年龄等）名称进行添加、修改等的管理功能。本文对沈阳市高压局人 事档案管理系统进行了分析、设计与实现，其中详细论述了档案操作、信息查询、 系统设置、数据处理等功能模块的实现过程及方法。关键词：人事档案管理系统，系统开发ABSTRACTABSTRACTNow, the construction of informationization has spread abroad into many fields. With the development of technology, personal archives management system is becoming the most powerful method to improve the efficiency and the level ofmanagement. Integration、networking、practical and individuality have become the maintrend for the development of MIS. So it is necessary to develop a suit of personal archives management system with the advanced technology.This thesis is based on the practical requirements of personal archives management system. C/S structure, MS SQL Server 2008 database and VS 2010 development tool are used to develop and design the personal archives management system. This system is designed to be made up with six subsystems: file operation subsystem, information query subsystem, system settings subsystem, data processing subsystem, print subsystem and help subsystem. The personal archives management system realizes the function of file operation, such as to add, modify, delete, backup and recovery file information, we achieve the precise look of the file by name, file number and other information and with a certain range of fuzzy search by gender, ethnicity, age and other information, we also achieve statistics and calculation based on the relevant statistical information of the staff. Users can cha
