Planning – Action Plan 1.0 Introduction I am an Investment Service Manager of Cadogan Bank plc which was regulated by FSA. My responsibility is to help customers with their needs for finance products and do some reasonable decision making. My Western Br manager has referred Mr. and Ms.Flynn to use my service. By the reason that they are very busy everyday and do not have so much time to make any decision about their financial products, I will be the decision maker, as well as help them to hedge the risk.
