Malformed vascular nidus producing racemose flow void with narrowing of feeding artery,dilated draining vein. Displays isodensity on plain scan and rounded hyperdense malformed vascular nidus on CECT 3、cerebral infarction MRI Ischemic infarction producing sector or irregular shape with T1 and T2 prolongation. Mass effect can been seen in extensive cases. cerebral lacuna have been identified as infarctions less than 1 cm.
