基于比较优势理论的长沙会展旅游发展研究 内容摘要 会展旅游已成为21世纪一种非常热门的旅游形式，因其能够带来巨大的经济效益和高额利润，被誉为“旅游业皇冠上的宝石”。 从全国范围来看，国内会展业与旅游业的关系还比较松散，展馆的空间结构布局还不够合理，市场化运作低效。长沙是首批优秀旅游城市，从2002年以来，长沙会展旅游经历了十年的培育和发展，如今长沙会展规模、展台建设、参展企业数目和城市接待能力都有所提高。但长沙会展业起步晚，市场机制尚不健全，因此在发展过程中仍存在着重复建馆、专业人才匮乏、缺乏特色会展品牌等问题，成为长沙会展旅游发展的障碍。 本文以长沙作为研究对象，从长沙会展旅游的现状及问题入手，通过比较优势理论系统分析，总结归纳长沙发展会展旅游的优势和劣势，并对症下药地提出建议和对策，以其能为长沙会展旅游的发展提供一定的参考价值。 关键词 会展旅游；比较优势；长沙 Abstract Mice tourism has become the twenty-first Century a very popular form of tourism, because it can bring huge economic benefit and profit of high specified number, known as the tourism is the jewel in the crown. Changsha is the first batch of excellent tourism city, from 2002 since, Changsha MICE tourism has experienced ten years of training and development, now Changsha exhibition booth, exhibitors scale, construction number city and reception ability are improved. But the Changsha exhibition industry starts late, the market mechanism is not perfect, so it still exists in developing a process to repeat construction, lack of professional talents, lack of characteristic exhibition brand wait for a problem, become the Changsha tourism development obstacles. In this paper, as the object of study in Changsha, Changsha MICE tourism from the current situation and problems, through the method of comparative advantage analysis, summarized the development of MICE tourism in Changsha advantages and disadvantages, and puts forward suggestions and Countermeasures for an antidote against the disease, with its to Changsha tourism development to provide a certain reference value.
