B Company has undertaken in view of the design and tendering of the Ambassadors residence hall and building works of the new owners (the Project), to complete the construction tasks better, ensure the quality and progress, control the investment, reflect the design of a complete and comprehensive concept, the owners have commissioned B Company assigned to participate in the engineering design firm of architects (the Supervision Engineer) is responsible for supervision of the project. The Parties hereby enter into this contract First, the responsibility of supervision engineers 1. Supervision engineer shall be subject to local laws, decrees, regulations, supervision activities normatively. 2. Supervision Engineer is authorized to inspect the progress, quality of the project on behalf of owners, have the right to propose amendments to the failed projects or the proposal of rework ,and put forward oral or written report for the owners . 3. Participate in the meeting site for the construction of proposed solutions to the problems which are found and take notes for the meeting. For the formation of the project, checkt the implementation one by one. 4. Before the end of the project supervision engineer with the professional engineer does the final inspection, and does the assessment of quality levels. 5.
