DHL35-3.82/450-AⅡ自然循环蒸汽锅炉设计 摘 要 本次毕业设计的题目是DHL35-3.82/450-AII。应用热量平衡和质量平衡和强度理论以及流动、传热原理对锅炉的出力、安全性进行了计算和探讨，从理论上给出了本锅炉的设计数据的科学性。 在锅炉设计的过程中，依据燃烧理论，主要考虑保证炉内着火，炉膛内保持足够的温度，煤的燃尽程度以及炉膛容积热负荷和炉膛面积热负荷的影响。 在整个锅炉结构的设计过程中，采用经济性和操作性简单的平衡通风方式，确保燃料在炉膛内微负压燃烧。 本设计采用单锅筒横置式自然循环方式。炉膛四周布置水冷壁，可吸收炉膛的辐射热并保护炉墙。为保证燃烧充分，采用高而短的前拱，低而长的后拱。尾部受热面布置省煤器和空气预热器，以降低排烟温度，提高锅炉效率。 设计采用CAD绘图，绘制了包括锅炉总图、炉墙图、上锅筒展开图、本体图、侧集箱展开图等图样，从技术角度给出了锅炉的概貌。 本设计全面遵守锅炉设计规范，结构简单，安全性可靠，经济性合理，对同类锅炉的设计具有一定的参考价值。 关键词 锅炉；燃烧；换热；设计 The design of boiler of DHL35-3.82/450-AⅡ Abstract This graduation project topic is DHL35-3.82/450-AⅡ. The application heat balance and the mass balancing and the theory of strength as well as flowed, the heat transfer principle strives, the efficiency to the boiler, the security has carried on the computation and the discussion, theoretically has produced this boiler design data scientific nature. Among the whole design,the first factor that should be considerate sreiously is that the furnace must ensure burn the fuel ,the furnace must have enough heating and how the fuel is completely burned and the range of release rate per unit . In entire boiler structure design process, uses the efficiency and the operational simple balanced well ventilated way, guarantees the fuel in the chamber micro negative pressure burning. This design uses single-drum natural circulation boiler.Around the furnace are waterfalls.To ensure the goal and continuous ignition in the double-arch furnace,a high and short front arch and a low and long back arch.In the back stake flue,I set air heater to reclaim the heat of stakes gas in order to dicline the temperature of the stack gas and improve the efficiency in the furnace. The design uses the CAD cartography, has drawn up including the boiler assembly drawing, the wall of boiler chart, on pattern and so on boiler barrel developed view, main body chart, has produced the boiler general picture from the technical angle.
