Employment is the largest issue of peoples livelihood in China. From the view of quantitative research, the study of effect of technological innovation on the employment elasticity is of great practical significance. Based on the assumption, this paper establishes a model of technological innovation on the impact of employment elasticity in a single factor, and then through regression analysis to explore the affecting mechanism of technological innovation on the impact of flexible employment, conclues that rapid economic growth in China, changing the mode of economic growth, optimizing the industrial structure and creating the new industries are the important E ways to promote employment and increase employment flexibility.
