高等教育自学考试 毕 业 设 计 乘用车自动变速器常见故障诊断与分析 办学单位： 华南理工大学 班 级： 汽车检测与维修 2010级 学 生： 指导教师： 副教授 提交日期： 2012 年 12 月 20 日  中文摘要 随着科学技术的进，汽车已经成为当今世界的主流，汽车的发明给人类带来极大的方便，汽车的操纵性、舒适性也一直在逐渐提高，而手动变速器已经逐渐被自动变速器所取代。自动变速器能进行反复的加速、减速、变速换档等功能，具有变速平滑、驾驶轻便等优点。但是与传统的手动变速器相比，也存在结构复杂、检测、诊断和维修难等问题，所以本文针对汽车自动变速器常见故障进行研究。 本文首先论述了自动变速器的发展情况，然后对自动变速器组成、结构、特点、工作原理进行研究。其次对自动变速器常见故障进行检测诊断研究，主要有汽车不能行驶、自动变速器打滑、自动变速器异响。描述故障具体现象和可能的故障原因，进行详细的故障机理分析，进而对故障进行排除。最后通过现场收集实际案例进行分析，证明故障检测诊断分析的正确性。 关键词：乘用车；自动变速器；常见故障；诊断 Abstract With the scientific and technological progress, cars have become the mainstream of the world, the invention of cars brings mankind great convenience, the handling and comfort has also been gradually improving, and the manual transmission has been gradually replaced by automatic transmission. Automatic transmission can be repeated for the acceleration, deceleration, speed transmission, and other functions, the speed with smooth, light and other advantages of driving. But companed with the traditional manual transmission, there are issues such as complex structures, detection, diagnosis and difficult maintenance, so this study is on common-vehicle automatic transmission failure . This paper discusses the development of the automatic transmission, automatic transmission and the composition, structure, character, principle research. This was followed by the automatic transmission to detect common fault diagnosis, the main vehicle can not be closed, slipping automatic transmission, automatic transmission abnormal sound. Fault specific description of the phenomenon and possible cause of the malfunction, Then the failure to rule out the possibility. Finally, the scene to collect the actual case analysis to prove that the fault detection accuracy of diagnosis and analysis.
