摘 要 本论文分析了端盖的塑件工艺特点，介绍了端盖注射成型模具设计要点及模具的工作过程，其中重点介绍了端盖注射模具结构的设计方法。分析和阐述了塑件的成型工艺参数、注塑机的选择、排气系统、温度调节系统、浇注系统、导向机构、脱模机构、成型零部件和分型的设计过程。其中盖注射模设计的结构特点是利用重叠式浇口形式进料的单分型面注射模. 关键词：端盖；注射模；模具结构 Abstract This paper analyzes the cover of plastic parts process characteristics, this paper introduces the cover injection molding main design and the working process of the die, of which mainly introduces the structural design of the cover injection mould method. Analyzed and expounded the plastic parts of the molding process parameters, the injection molding machine selection, exhaust systems, temperature control system, gating system, steering mechanism, demoulding mechanism, molding parts and points of type design process. Which cover injection mould design is to use the structure characteristics of ChongDieShi gate form the quality of incoming material single parting surface injection mould.
