摘 要 发动机耐久性是发动机性能的一个重要指标，它关系到发动机能否达到使用者的寿命要求，同时它与可靠性有着密切联系，因此任何发动机设计者都不能忽略这一指标。由此看来，针对耐久性的试验以及试验台架的开发都是十分重要也很必要的。 本文介绍的小型发动机耐久试验台架开发考虑到耐久性试验的特殊要求—工况单一、时间长，选用了与小型发动机功率相匹配的直流发电机来消耗发动机功率；选用了发动机发电机一体化的台架方案；选用了带传动作为发动机与发电机的传动方式。 关键词： 发动机，耐久性，台架 Abstract 　　The engine durability is an important index in its performance for it relation to whether the engine can reach the life requirements or not.
