试论非语言行为在秘书语言表达中的作用 摘要：随着社会的飞速发展，机关单位的业务量不断增加，业务工作的内涵也在不断发生新变化，对秘书人员综合素质能力的要求也在不断提高。但大部分秘书人员往往只注重在语言表达能力上的培养，把语言文字看作是传递、领悟信息的唯一途径，常常忽略了体态语言、副语言、空间距离和环境距离等非语言表达在秘书语言表达中的辅助作用。在秘书工作中，非语言行为能够帮助秘书人员更加准确地掌握职场语言表达的准确度，达到更恰当的表达效果，跨越工作中信息沟通的无形障碍，提高秘书工作质量和工作效率，使秘书在与上司、同事和下属以及外界沟通时，都可以实现语言表达效果的最优化。本文主要从秘书几种常见的非语言行为误区，以及如何合理利用非语言行为等方面，通过具体分析，阐述非语言行为在秘书日常语言表达中的具体运用，及其重要作用。 关键词：秘书；信息沟通；语言表达；非语言行为 The role of nonverbal behavior in the expression of secretary language Abstract: With the rapid development of society, the business volume of the organs and units is increasing, the connotation of the business work is constantly changing, and the requirements for the comprehensive quality of the secretarial staff are constantly improving.
