现金流量表在企业扩张中的应用 摘 要 21世纪是知识经济时代，竞争激烈，企业要更好地生存和发展，就必须进行企业扩张。而现金流量表在企业扩张中起着重要作用，所以我们必须加以重视。文章逐步分析解释了现金流量表在企业扩张中的应用。 首先，本文对现金流量表在企业中的地位进行了分析。通过现金流量表的分析，可以便于企业了解和评价自身获取现金和现金等价物的能力以及预测其未来的现金流量。 其次，本文从六个方面，详细说明了现金流量表在企业中的作用。 第三，本文通过现金流量表在企业扩张中的意义的阐述，说明现金流量表对企业扩张中的重要性。 最后，本文重点分析了现金流量表在企业扩张中的实际应用。通过经营，投资，筹资三大活动产生的现金流量的分析，说明了现金流量表在企业扩张中的实际应用，企业在扩张中必须重视报表的编制，并对其认真分析，以期对企业扩张发挥有效的指导作用。 关键词 ：现金流量表，企业扩张，应用 Application of Cash Flow Statement in Enterprises Expand Abstract The 21st century is the era of knowledge-driven economy, the competition is fierce, enterprises should survive and develop better, must expand enterprises. And the cash flow statement plays an important role in enterprises expand , so we must pay attention to . The article analyses progressively that has explained the application in enterprises expand of cash flow statement. First of all, this text has been analysed to the position of the cash flow statement in enterprises. Through the analysis of the cash flow statement, easier enterprises understand and appraise oneself ability and their future cash flow of prediction of obtaining cashes and cash equivalent. Secondly, this text is from six respects, the role in enterprise of cash flow statement of elaboration . Third,,the exposition through the meaning in enterprises expand of the cash flow statement of this text, prove the cash flow statement is to the importance while expanding in enterprises. Finally, this text analysed the practical application in enterprises expand of cash flow statement especially.Through managing ,make the investment, the analysis of the cash flow that three major activities produce that raise funds,having explained the practical application in enterprises expand of cash flow statement,the establishment that enterprises must pay attention to the report form in expanding , and analyse conscientiously to it ,expect to expand and give play to the role of effective guidance to enterprises.
