北京化工大学毕业设计（论文）题目：众筹平台设计与实现专业信息管理与信息系统学号学生姓名指导教师论文完成日期年月北京化工大学毕业设计（论文）众筹平台设计与实现摘要：当前经济环境下，中小型创业公司在促进经济发展、带动科技创新、维护社会稳定、推动社会进步等方面做出了重大贡献，但是，它们面临着共同的发展瓶颈——融资难。众筹作为互联网金融最为重要的形式之一，解决了中小型创业公司融资难的问题。众筹有效调度社会资源，通过团体对团体的筹资模式，拓宽了以往企业融资的渠道，给中小型创业公司带来新的生机。国外的众筹平台发展较早，比较成熟，而国内的众筹平台还存在许多不足。本文研究了众筹相关理论,分析了已有众筹平台的架构和功能，运用面向对象的方法,基于统一建模语言对众筹平台进行了系统分析与设计,并使用 mysql 数据库和 C#语言工具实现了 B/S架构的众筹平台。该系统具有众筹项目管理功能，并采用层次分析法和专家法对众筹项目进行风险评估，为投资人提供辅助决策，在一定程度上降低投资风险。关键字：众筹；风险评估；层次分析法Crowdfunding Platform Design and ImplementationAbstract: With the current economic environment, small start-up companies are making a large contribution in promoting economic, driving technological innovation, maintaining social stability, promoting social progress. However, they are faced with a common bottleneck which is the financial difficulty. As one of the most important forms in Internet finance, Crowdfunding can solve the common problem of small start-up companies. Through the creative financing model ,it can make the a more effective scheduling to social resources, broaden the funding channels for companies, bringing new vitality to the venture companies .The crowdfunding platforms Overseas have developed maturely, with a longer history. While the crowdfungding platforms domestic still maintain many deficiencies. On the basis of the previous research results, this paper will study the crowdfunding and platforms mainly from three aspects, and propose a risk evaluation system for crowdfunding projects with AHP and experts discussion.
