全套图纸程序，加 毕业设计报告(论文) 报告(论文)题目 自动灌装压盖机的自动控制系统设计 作者所在系部 机械工程系 作者所在专业 机械设计制造及其自动化 作者所在班级 作 者 姓 名 作 者 学 号 指导教师姓名 完 成 时 间 2012 年 6 月 摘 要 随着灌装行业自动化程度越来越高，PLC在灌装机械中的应用也越来越广。研究设计应用PLC控制灌装压盖机，要从了解此机械的工作流程开始，通过分析机械在何时产生什么样的动作，来布置传感器和分配PLC的接口。了解机械装置部分可以为控制设计作铺垫，是实现控制的基础。PLC程序编写主要采用梯形图，程序功能主要有：主机的关停，点动调试，碎瓶的清理，开关的控制，故障停机。程序要经过仿真试验并记录仿真过程及结果。 本次设计改用了一些传感器，将一些光电开关换成了电磁式接近开关，减少了工作环境中的干扰，保证了工作的稳定性。自动灌装压盖机利用灌装过程中“有瓶开阀灌装，无瓶不开阀”的工作原理，使用PLC实现灌装压盖全过程自动控制，使得一些自动化程度不高的工序有所提高，提高了生产效率，对于灌装行业的发展有重要的意义。 关键词：灌装机 压盖机 接近开关 可编程序控制器 Abstract With increasing degree of automation in filling industry, PLC are used in the filling machines more widely. The study of using PLC to control filling machine is start with understanding the workflow, and are to layout and distribution of PLC interface to the sensor. Learn some mechanism is to pave the way for control design and is the foundation to achieve control. PLC programming are mainly ladder, the function of the program are mainly the host shut down, to move commissioning, cleaning up broken bottles, switch control of downtime. The programme must go through the simulation and record the simulation process and results. In this design a number of sensors are replaced, some of the photoelectric switch magnetic proximity switches are replaced, reducing the interference in the work environment to ensure the stability of the work. Filling and capping machine automatically filling process using the open valve filling a bottle, no bottle no open valve works, using the PLC to achieve automatic control of the whole process of filling and capping, has increase the degree of automation some process which are not high. The production efficiency are increased, it is significanct for the development of the filling industry.
