转盘轴承接触与变形研究 摘 要 关 键 词： THE ANALYSIS ABOUT THE CONTACT AND DEFORMATION OF SLEWING BEARING ABSTRACT Slewing bearing primarily applies for the uprising machine and other large-scale machines,and our country also made more researches about it.As we known, the main load of the slewing bearing is the axial force and overturning moment. However,in many cases, the overturning moment is the main load.And under the action of the overturning moment, angular deformation will greatly affect the stiffness and precision of the entire machinery.For this reason, it is necessary to analyse the relation between the load and the deformation. Besides,contact and deformation of the slewing bearing is an important performance index to rolling bearing,which may decide whether the machine running has efficiency, accuracy, stability, and even security or not. Thus improving the bearing parameters to achieve the minimum bearing stress and deformation is the one of the focus of the bearing industry. This paper analyses the relation of contact stress in each elastic deformation zone and plastic deformation zone.Then it is possible to calculate the maximum contact stress in different contact cases.Through the force analysis of the rolling element, the maximum normal stress and the safety factor of the slewing bearing may be calculated. Making use of the result,the method to increase the carrying capacity of the slewing bearing has come out.Therefore,the safety of the slewing bearing could be guaranteed.At last,the purpose is to explore the magnitude of interference when the slewing bearing is preloaded.It is better to explore the effect of the magnitude of interference on the normal pressure of the rolling element. Through the analysis, it is concluded that when assembly by tightening the interference-type for improving the carrying capacity of slewing bearing,the magnitude of interference is strictly controlled.In addition,the r
