According to conventional optical colonoscopy requirements to clear bowel and intestinal lavage, Implement endoscopy examination and issue the diagnosis report. Take point to point comparison of polyps which find in the two methods, and calculate the coincidence rate false-positive rate and false-negative rate. Results CTVE found 41 cases the lumen uplift venereal change in 57 cases, 16 cases normal. Electronic Colonoscopy find lumen uplift venereal change 42 case and 15 cases normal. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of CTVE is 93.3%, 95.3%, 96.6%.Eliminate 6 cases for multiple polyps, in the remaining 51 cases, CTVE found 125 polyps, which diameter more than 0.3mm ;EC found 93 polyps. For the polyps of 2mm, 3mm and larger than 4mm found in CTVE, the coincidence rate is 68.9%, 96.7% and 91.1%.In the polyps which d ≥0.3cm for point to point comparison, using electronic colonoscopy as golden standard the coincidence rate is 86.7%, and the false-positive rate is 16.67%, the false negative rate is 13.33%.  PAGE 4 Conclusions The method of using the positive contrast agents to enema is feasible. The ability to find disease of CTVE is very good, and the detection rate for small polyps is high. With point-to-point comparison to the polyps which is d≥3mm, these two methods had better accuracy.
