摘要摘要信息一体化一直是信息系统的努力方向，也是电力自动化系统发展的必然之 路。为减少应用系统的开发成本和时间，保障现有资源的正常运行，提供各应用 系统之间统一的数据通信，有必要对 EMS/DTS 的一体化进行分析研究，以期对新 系统的数据平台建设提供一定的参考价值。本文首先简要介绍了 EMS 系统的组成和功能模块的作用，分析了能量管理系 统应用程序接口 IEC 61970 标准及其组成情况和各部分的主要内容，重点阐述了公 共信息模型部分，对其进行理解分析，并生成实例。接着对相关技术进行了分析， 重点介绍了 XML 语言在电力系统数据交换当中的应用，以及 XML 技术在 CIM 当 中的应用。详细分析了 CIM/XML 文档的生成技术，并结合实例实现了整个流程。 在此基础上，结合 EMS/DTS 的实际应用，提出了一种 CIM/XML 的转化方法，实 现了文本文件到 CIM/XML 文件间的生成转化。结合 XML 文档与数据库之间的映 射技术，设计实现了一个 EMS/DTS 一体化系统，完成了电力系统模型文件与数据 库的导入导出，对导入过程进行潮流计算验证，结果误差控制在要求的范围内， 满足系统需求。通过对 EMS/DTS 一体化的研究，我们可以看到，遵循 IEC 61970 标准实现数 据交换的标准化，使企业数据平台建立在 XML 上，可以为 EMS 与外部系统的互 联互操作和电力市场支持系统的建立提供良好的基础。关键词：能量管理系统，IEC 61970 标准，可扩展标记语言，信息一体化ABSTRACTABSTRACTThe information integration has been the diligent direction of information system, It is also the inevitable road that the power system automation development. For reduce the cost of new system, protect the investment, supply the data communication between the power system, it is necessary to conduct the analysis research to the EMS/DTS integration, provides the reference value for the new system data platform construction.Firstly, this thesis introduced the architecture of EMS system and the module function, which has analyzed the energy management system application program interface IEC 61970 standards, formation background, and the composition situation and various part of primary coverage. Elaborated the common Information Model, analyses the structure of the CIM and makes a example. Then, it introduces the application of CIM in the power system data exchange, discusses the Resource Description Framework (RDF), and the mapping methods between the CIM and RDF, creates a text of CIM/XML. Finally, as a part of the project, this thesis presents a new method of the exchange of CIM/XML, developed a CIM/XML based software platform, and applies the input/output of the CIM/XML in the oracle database.
