AbstractTheEPCmodelisacommonofgeneralcontractingprojectsintheinternationalprojectcontractingmarket;itisalsoacontractingmodepromotedbyourcountry.EPCmodeiswidelyadmiredbymoreandmoreownersandcontractorsowningtoitstendency toowners,resourceallocationandcomprehensivebenefitsandotheradvantages.However,EPCmodebringscontractorsopportunitiesandprofits,aswellasmoreseverechallenges.Theraiseofthecontractors’implementationrightandprofitsarefollowedbymorerisks.HowtoimprovetheEPCcontractors’riskmanagementlevelisan ignoredproblem.Thispaperisbasedonthecontractors’risksonEPCmode,takingthebidingprocess asbreakthroughpoint.The paperanalyzeshowtoquote areasonable riskfee,help contractorstomakedecisionstoavoidrisksandincreaseprofits.First,thispaperintroducesthecharacteristicsoftheEPCcontractingmodelandthecomparisonwiththetraditionalmodel,analyzesthefeaturesandcausesoffeaturesand causesofEPCmodelandidentifiesrisksinthewholeprocessofprojectconstruction.
