摘要摘要项目管理在当前作为一门新兴的管理科学，其科学的管理方法越来越受到人们的青睐。运用IT项目管理的理论和方法来高效地运作软件项目已成为一种趋势，它直接关系到一个软件项目建设的成败。随着社会的进步、经济的快速发展、城乡一体化的推进，消防安全的工作重点已从原来的以城市为重心向城乡并重转变，在现有消防设施和现役消防警力的条件下，依靠传统的工作方式和手工管理模式已经远远不能满足当前的社会经济条件下的新形势和新任务的要求。因此建立完善且高效的消防信息化建设管理系统，已成为客观形势发展的需要,消防部队建设的需要，刻不容缓。福建省消防信息化建设在项目启动、计划、实施与控制、收尾的全过程有效应用了IT项目管理的理论和方法，注重IT项目管理中的计划性、系统性以及有效性。使项目的成本和工期得到了有效的控制，有效地提高了科技管理水平，它是科学的、规范的和系统的，切实达到了预期的目标，为了福建省消防信息化建设打下了坚实基础。论文以IT项目管理知识体系为基础，把IT项目管理的理念和方法贯穿于项目建设的始终，确保消防信息化建设项目在计划的范围、成本和时间内完成，本文最后对不足和取得的经验与成果进行了总结，对福建省消防信息化建设项目管理的发展前景进行了展望。关键词：IT 项目管理，消防信息化，项目工作分解ABSTRACTABSTRACTProjectmanagementatpresentasanewscientificmanagement,thescientific managementmethodmoreandmoregetthefavourofpeople.UseITproject managementtheoryandmethodsforefficientoperationofsoftwareprojecthasbecome atrend,ITis directlyrelated to the success orfailureof asoftwareproject construction.Alongwiththeprogressofthesocietyandtherapiddevelopmentofeconomy, societyandthefiresecurityinthecitycenterismainlyfromequaltourban transformationinexistingfireserviceforces,undertheconditionofthetraditionalway ofworkingandmanualmanagementpatternalreadyfarcannotadapttothenew situationandnewtasks.Thereforeestablishedandefficientinformationsystem,has becometheobjectivesituationdevelopmentneeds.Theinformatizationconstructionin fujianfire-fightingprojectstartup,planning,implementationandcontrol,endingthe processofapplicationofprojectmanagementtheoryandmethod,paysattentiontothe planning, engineeringmanagement system and effectiveness.
