Considering the significant practical meaning, this article will discuss auto parts supply logistics DC location problem under JIT circumstance. This article firstly analyzes the new situation that modern automobile manufacturing enterprises are facing, and introduces domestic and overseas research status on this issue from different aspects, based on which the research topic of this article was put forward. Then the article presents general conditions of auto parts supply logistics and its operating mode aiming at supply logistics system. Depending on research topic of this article, the author has read a lot of related articles and then formulated the model of auto parts supply logistics DC location with JIT theory, and solved with LINGO software. Finally, after introducing F Company Wuhan Branch which is belonged to Jingjiang Group, the author takes Zhuankou project as study object, combing former mentioned nonlinear integer programing model and LINGO software, the author makes samples checking, and gets the optimal objective function value is 416884 Yuan after programing on the basis of taking into account of time window, and choses No.2 location as the optimum DC. From managerial point of view the author analysis the advantage of model that is considered with time window and proposes some suggestions to this project, and provides some related data tables of F Company Zhuankou project as attachment.
