摘要车间是企业生产管理与生产制造的枢纽，是企业物流、信息流、工作流和控 制流的汇聚点。而车间管理是企业管理中非常重要而又复杂的环节，车间管理的 优劣直接关系到企业效益，因此合理地建立车间管理系统具有重大的意义。车间管理系统是建立在信息技术、网络技术和计算机技术基础之上，利用现 代企业的先进管理思想，为车间管理人员提供决策、计划、控制的全方位、系统 化的管理平台。它集成车间经营管理活动中的物流、信息流和工作流，实现车间 资源的优化配置，加快对市场的反应速度，从而提高车间管理的效率和自动化水 平，最终提高企业的经济效益和竞争力。车间管理系统的应用，可以为制造企业实施信息化提供坚实的基础，在计算 机技术和网络技术的支持下，不但可以实现车间内部信息的交互，而且可以及时 获取并处理外部信息，为车间做出重要的决策提供重要的依据。论文以某公司机加分厂离散型车间生产为背景，研究适应当前敏捷制造、网 络制造需求的车间管理方法，应用管理技术，信息集成技术与可视化技术相结 合，设计开发出一个基于 Web 的离散型车间管理系统。它的建立能够协助企业快 速、全面的了解车间生产的进展情况，增强车间对制造过程的管理和控制，对深 化企业改革、提高运营效率，进一步提高领导决策的科学性、及时性以及计划调 度的合理性有着十分重要的意义。论文介绍了课题研究的背景、内容和意义，深入分析和研究了离散型车间管 理方法。根据详实的调研结果，在分析网络环境下离散型车间生产特点的基础 上，确立了系统开发使用的技术，建立了离散型车间管理系统的生产模型，基于 “E- R 模型”完成了系统数据库的设计。在系统需求分析的基础上，阐述了系统 的总体设计思想，给出了离散型车间管理系统的总体功能结构设计、运行环境和 系统应用实例，并展望了进一步的研究工作。关键词：离散型；车间管理；生产能力平衡；报表管理；Web 技术沈阳理工大学硕士学位论文AbstractWorkshop is the hub of production management and manufacturing,and it is also the convergence point of logistics,information flow,work flow and control flow.The workshop management is the very important and complex link in a enterprise.Advantages and disadvantages of the workshop management is directly related to enterprise efficiency.Therefore,it is of great significance to reasonably establish the workshop management system.Workshop management system is built on information technology,network technology and computer technology.It is based on the use of advanced modern enterprise management ideas.It can provide workshop managers with the comprehensive, systematic management platform,which is used for decision,planning and control.It integrates logistics, information flow and work flow of management activities,to achieve the optimal allocation of workshop resources,accelerate the reaction rate on the market, thereby enhancing the efficiency and automation of the workshop level. Ultimately,it will improve the economic efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises.Workshop management system may provide enterprises with a solid foundation for implementing the information.In c
