优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料  PAGE 4 摘 要 随着人口老龄化形势日益严峻，寻找合适的养老途径刻不容缓。由于社会观念的 制约，以及养老机构发展的不完善，家庭养老还是现阶段养老方式的首选，但随着越 来越沉重的养老负担，家庭已苦不堪言。发展机构养老，减轻家庭负担已成为政府义 不容辞的社会责任。然而从何处突破，使得机构养老能够被社会认可，并能提供良好 服务是现阶段面临的难题。本文通过对泗水县机构养老服务供给和需求两方面的实地 调研，从多层次多方面分析当地老年人的养老需求，并对当地经济、人口和机构养老 服务供给进行调查，力求通过供给需求的分析，挖掘发展县域养老机构发展的可行性 路径。最后，通过供给需求的对比，运用迁移决策的推拉理论和公共产品理论，发现 老年人喜欢与子女分而不离的居住方式，所以相应提出机构养老社区化，老年公寓进 社区的解决办法，增加养老机构对老年人的吸引力，也减轻子女对养老机构的顾虑， 通过缩短居住的距离来减少子女探望老人的时间，使得机构养老家庭化，家庭养老并 且，在调查的基础上，通过现存的问题，提出了机构养老未来发展的路径和应当改善 的方面。 关键词：机构养老 社区 人口老龄化  Abstract It becomes a matter of great urgency to find a way of supporting the graying population as the population ages. Limited by social values and the old-age care institutions, family support is the main way of supporting aging population nowadays. However, the support for old-age people has made families suffer hardship, and become extra burdens on them. The society is in duty bound to establish old-age care institutions to reduce the burdens on families. But the society faces a daunting array of problems at this stage, including how to get the old-age care institutions fully accepted in society, and how to provide the old people with best services. Based on empirical research on the supply and demand of the old-age care institutions in Sishui County, I analyzed the needs of local aging population from different aspects and levels. I have examined the local economy, population and the supply and service of old-age care institutions, and planned to dig out the feasible method of developing old-age care institutions in counties. Lastly, based on the push and pull theory, public goods theory and the study of institutions supply and demand, I found that ageing people prefer to live close with their children without living together. Therefore I proposed the thought of community-based old-age care institutions, which would increase the attractiveness of institutions as well as ease their children’s concerns.
