Embedded Gearbox Fault Diagnosis System based on Windows CEAbstractThe rapid development of embedded technology, embedded systems was widely used in industrial control. In order to improve the performance and function of the vibration monitoring and fault diagnostics, this paper selected gearbox fault diagnosis as the background, by using of embedded systems technology, multi-channel vibration measurement and fault diagnosis system based Windows CE is presented.Based on analysis of the requirement of Fault diagnosis system, In which Samsung S3C2440A chip is chosen as hardware core and the embedded Windows CE operating system as the software platform, Time domain average, FFT, Power spectral density analysis, Detailed spectral analysis and Cepstrum analysis was embedded in fault diagnosis applications, embedded gearbox fault diagnosis system is presented.The primary content of our research is as follows,Based on the analysis of the gearbox fault diagnosis system requirement and the synthetic consideration of the functionality, reliability and size, the Samsung S3C2440A is selected as the hardware core in the system along with some other peripheral circuits. Based on minimum system, part of the peripheral hardware interface circuits is extended, including power and reset module, memory module, SD card storage module, touch screen display module, USB interface module and the serial communication module.Through the analysis on the system startup process, Windows CE-based embedded operating system transplant was implemented.
