AbstractChinasradioandtelevisionindustryiscurrentlyinaperiodofrapiddevelopment.Thenumberofcableandbroadbandservicesisgrowing.ThenetworkresourcesmanagementofUser,device,circuitTV, andotherisincreasinglycomplex.MISmanagementhasbeenthetraditionalradioandtelevisiontrafficunbearablepressureofhugeincrease.Radioandtelevisiondepartmentsneedto findapracticalsolutionto meetthedevelopmentneedsofthecurrentradioandtelevision.Therefore,theestablishmentofasystematicwhichiscompleteandeffectivesupportofradioandtelevisioninformationsystem,itisplacedinfront ofallradioandtelevisionasanewsubject.AttheendoftheRadioandtelevisionnetworksconnectusers,andtheIntermediatenodesisequipment.Therefore,inthefieldofCATV,alargeamountofdatapacketscontaingeographicalcomposition.Itisverydifficulttoclearlydescribetheseinformationwithwordsandforms.ButitiseasytomarkitintheelectronicmapwithGIS.WebGIStechnologyiscombinedwithGIS,theInternetdistributedcomputingtechnology,andmanyotheradvantages.WebGISistheinevitabletrendofthedevelopmentofGIS.WebGIStechnologyappliedtoradioandtelevisionnetworkscanopenanewradioandtelevisionnetworksresourcemanagementworld.Inthispaper,combineswith thedevelopmenttrend ofChinasbroadcastingindustryandexistingmajorproblems.AnalysisandresearchWebGISrelatedtechnologies.Design WebGIS-basedradioandtelevisionoperationandmaintenancemanagementsystem’soverallframeworkanddatabase.Discussrealization methodofmainmodules.Mainlycompletesbasicinformationoftheequipmentqueryingandopticaldynamictopologyquerying.Achievenetworkanalysisbasedongeometricnetworkandoptimalpathbasedonnetworkdataset.Introducethealgorithmsandimprovedalgorithmof theFeatures.Themanagementandmaintenanceofradio andTVbusinessiseasireandintuitive.itisConducivedtooperation andmaintenancepersonneltoeasilyunderstandtheconstructionofequipmentoperationandcircuit.ItcangreatlyreducedependenceonpaperdrawingsandImproveefficiencyandreducecosts.KeyWords：WebGISRadioandtelevisionNetworkAnalysisOptimalpath目录摘要......................................
