基于 μC/OS-Ⅱ的汽车电动车窗防夹控制系统设计 摘要汽 车电子 技术的 迅猛 发展， 加快了 汽车性 能的提 升，人 们对 汽车的 乘坐舒 适 性和安 全性的 要求也 越来越 高，因 此诞生 了如：自动防 抱死 刹车系 统（ ABS）、 电 子 车身 稳定 控制 系统 （ ESP） 、电 子刹 车辅 助 系统 （ EBA） 、自 适 应转 向大 灯 系统 （ AFS）等 汽车 安全控 制系 统， 大大 提升 了汽 车的安 全性 能。 本文 介绍 的 电动车 窗防夹 系统 作为目 前中高 端车上 一个重 要的安 全控 制装置 ，在国 内还 没 有自主 品牌防 夹产 品应用 于实际 车型中 的报道 。一些 比较 流行的 国产知 名品 牌 汽车如 奇瑞、 吉利 、比亚 迪等采 用的电 动车窗 防夹系 统基 本上采 用的还 都是 国 外公司 防夹产 品。 因此汽 车电动 车窗防 夹系统 的研制 是一 个非常 有意义 的课 题。 论 文对汽 车电动 车窗 防夹系 统的工 作原理 展开了 研究和 设计 ，针对 电动车 窗 传动系 统主要 参数 计算的 基础上 建立了 直流电 机升降 车窗 的运动 模型， 并采 用 霍尔信 号检测 与机 械功率 检测相 结合的 防夹控 制策略 ，避 免了由 于机械 摩擦 的 变化和 机械传 动的 间隙而 造成电 机电流 的不连 续产生 的误 判断，从而提 高了 系统的性能。 论文 通过分析汽车电动车窗防夹 控制器 的 系 统 需求 ， 以飞思卡尔单片机 MC9S12XEP100 为核 心，设 计了系 统的硬 件电 路，完 成了霍 尔脉冲 信号调 理电 路、霍尔 电流信 号调理 电路、 电机驱 动电路 及 CAN 通信电 路等电 路的设 计。 引 入了 嵌入 式实 时操 作系统 μC/OS-Ⅱ并 成功 移植， 完成 了汽 车电 动车 窗防 夹应 用 系 统 各 功 能模块 的软件 设计和 实现。本 文设计 的电动 车窗 防夹系统在奇 瑞风云 系列车 窗升降 器中 进行了 实验测 试 ，结果 表明： 电动 车窗防 夹系统 的硬件 电路设 计合理 可行 ，软件 所采用 的控 制 策 略 正 确 、有效 ，系统 运行稳 定可靠 。关 键 词 ： 电动车 窗防夹 霍尔脉冲 机械功率 μC/OS-ⅡMC9S12XEP100Design of Automobile power window anti-pinch control System base on μC/OS-ⅡAbstractThe rapid development of automobile electronic technology has accelerated the improvem ent of the performance of the automobile, people on the requirements of automobile ride comf-ort and safety are also increasing. for this reason such as: Anti-lock Braking System(ABS), Elec-tronic Stability Program (ESP), Electronic Brake Assist(EBA), Adaptive Front-lighting System(AF- S)and other auto safety control system was born, which greatly enhance the safety performance of a car.
