Especially, developing port logisitcs industry with international competitiveness is the main goal of Northeast Asian ports. Modern ports not only have the function of import and export , but also provide new complex logisitcs service. The function of modern port is becoming more and more complex. Basiclly, large-size porst bear the Hub Port of shipping network, and medium-and-small-size ports bear the Feeder Port of shipping network. This kind of logistics network is called the Hub Spoke transportation network. Nowadays, in order to be a Hub port in Northeast Asia port, the competition between China, South Korea, Japan and Taiwan China becomes more and more intense.
