优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 摘要 县域经济是一个系统的经济体系，是工业和农业、城市与乡村的联结点，也组 成了整个国民经济的重要基础。经过很多年的发展变化，我国县域经济不断完善， 并逐步形成具有各自特色的发展模式。在众多县域经济发展模式中，以产业集群为 基础的县域经济发展体现出强大的生命力和适应性，已经成为县域经济发展的最重 要途径之一。发展产业集群，政府应担当起支持和引导的职责，充分发挥其应有的 作用，促进区域经济整体的健康发展。 县域经济作为一个研究对象，正不断引起理论界的重视，尤其是作为区域经济 学的一个重要研究领域，得到了深入、系统和持续的研究。对于县域经济的发展研 究，首先是阐明县域经济的内涵，并将其发展与三农问题、城镇化以及小城镇发展 等问题联系起来，更能够凸显出县域经济发展在未来国民经济发展中的基础性和重 要性。县域经济发展的成功案例表明，县域经济发展的模式是丰富多彩的，存在多 种可能的发展途径，但无论何种模式，终究无法离开某种产业或者某些产业的优先 发展以及该产业对相关其他的产业的辐射带动作用。而产业发展的成功则离不开产 业集群的建立，因此，将县域经济发展与产业集群建设有机结合起来，则成为当前 县域经济发展的一个重要模式。 通过对产业集群发展模式、竞争优势以及形成机制等方面的分析，能够明显揭 示出通过培育产业集群以推动县域经济发展的内在机理，从而证明基于产业集群的 县域经济发展模式所具有的强劲的优势和广泛的适应性。研究表明，县域经济的发 展依赖于产业的发展，而产业优势的建立则离不开产业集群的建设。 对烟台市现阶段县域经济以及涉农产业集群发展现状的实证研究显示，产业集 群在促进区域经济发展上的确大有可为。以烟台市涉农产业——葡萄酒产业集群为 例，该产业已经成为烟台部分县市农业产业化发展的重要引擎，也极大地带动了当 地其他产业的发展。烟台葡萄酒产业具有明显的产业集群发展特征，通过运用 SWOT 模型对该产业集群进行分析，能够发现其中存在的一些潜在问题，并针对这些问题 提出了一些建议。 关键字：县域经济；发展模式；产业集群；烟台市；葡萄酒产业 I  Abstract County economy is a systematic system, it is also the connection of industry and agriculture, urban and rural, and it also constitutes the important basis of the whole national economy.
