摘要汽车产业是现代经济当之无愧的主导产业和支柱产业之一，汽车产业的投入产出，将对整个工业发展产生双倍的带动作用。汽车工业属于技术密集的加工工业，由于其具有巨大的产业关联带动效应，并且由于其经济规模巨大，使很多高新技术成果能够很快得到应用，因此，汽车产业的发展也有利于带动工业结构的升级。随着我国迈入汽车社会，汽车产业对国民经济的拉动作用日益明显，对扩大内需、拉动消费也做出了重大贡献。所以汽车产业是现代工业的重要标志，其经济效益与产出是非常可观的，所以许多城市都将汽车产业作为重点发展对象。目前在全国范围内，许多同汽车产业相关“汽车城”正在蓬勃兴建，但许多所谓的“汽车城”并不是真正意义上的汽车城，人们对汽车城的概念、功能要素、基于汽车产业的规划布局都不是特别清楚，这种现象制约了社会经济的发展。如何把握客观规律，了解汽车城的规划概念、要素、方法和内容，从而促进城市经济发展，全面建设小康社会是一项长期的战略任务和重大课题。本文分析和总结了国内外汽车产业和汽车城的发展历程与现状、汽车产业概念和工艺要求，以及结合汽车生产企业的建设及布局经验，从产业经济学、汽车工业概论和相关城市规划理论的角度出发，分析了重庆市内的汽车产业发展现状，重点研究重庆北部新区汽车城的规划布局，找到适合汽车城有效的规划方法，为人们提供一定的借鉴和参考。论文共分为三大部分：第一部分—提出问题：人们对汽车城概念的误解及对其规划布局的模糊，不能根据汽车产业的特点进行规划布局，制约了汽车产业的发展。第二部分—理论研究：对汽车产业的特点、概念、工艺要求以及国内外汽车城的规划布局情况进行研究，总结归纳出汽车城的各种功能要素及其布局要求。第三部分—解决问题：结合上文总结的汽车城的各种功能要素及其布局要求, 并以此结论为基础来研究重庆市北部新区汽车城的布局形态。关键词：汽车产业布局，汽车城，规划研究ABSTRACTTheautomobileindustryisoneoftheleadingandpillarindustries,whichofthemoderneconomydeserves,automobileindustryputtingintoproduction,willhavethepairoftimeofimpetusfunctiontotheentireindustrialdevelopment.Theautomobileindustrybelongstothetechnicalcrowdedprocessingindustry,becauseithasthehugeindustrialconnectionimpetuseffect,andalsobecauseitseconomicalscaleishuge,enablesmuchhigh-techachievementveryquicklytoobtaintheapplication,therefore,theautomobileindustrydevelopmentisalsoadvantageoustotheimpetusindustrystructurepromotion.Stepsintotheautomobilesocietyalongwithourcountry,theautomobileindustrydrawsthefunctiontothenationaleconomyincreasinglyandobviously, toexpandedneeds,tomakethesignificantcontributionforconsuming industries.Thereforetheautomobileindustryisthemodernindustryimportantsymbol,anditseconomicefficiencyisextremelyconsiderable,andmanycitiestaketheautomobileindustrydevelopmentatthefirstplace.Atpresentinthenationalscope,many“automobilecity”elatedareflourishing,butmany“automobilecity”isnotinthetruesenseautomobilecity,thepeopletotheautomobilecityconcept,thefunctionessentialfactor,basedontheautomobileindustry planlayoutarenotspeciallyclear,andthiskindofphenomenonhasseriouslyrestrictedthesoci
