Intra-industry trade can not only reduce the cost of industrial restructuring, and can reduce friction and create a good trading environment, thus contributing to the sustainable development of the international trade. After accessed to WTO, trade liberalization makes the Chinas agriculture development face serious challenges. The development of intra-industry trade has a positive role in promoting Chinas agricultural trade, and contributes to the sustainable development of Chinas agricultural trades. Intra-industry trade is becoming realistic choice for the China’s agricultural trade development. As one of the biggest agricultural province in China, Hebei Province is located in the top ten of import and export volume of agricultural trade. In recent years, its intra-industry trade development increases significantly. So, what about the status of intra-industry trade development in Hebei Province? What are the influencing factors? How much intra-industry trade promotes agricultural development in Hebei Province? These are the topics purposes of the author.Firstly, the paper analyzes the status of agricultural development in Hebei Province, it shows that Hebei’s agricultural development is in a period of steady growth, its major agricultural products grows rapidly, the level of agricultural science and technology enhances significantly, industrial management of agriculture achieved significant results.
