AbstractTherapiddevelopmentofChinaseconomy,leadingtoasharpexpansionofurbanconstruction,alsobroughtsomeproblemsofurbanspace,thecitys publicgreenspaceisreduced,thecityisgraduallyweakeningtraditionalfeatures.Publicspaceforpeopletolosethefunctionalityusedinthevisualartisgraduallyconverging,inordertoensuretheintegrationofpublicspaceandfunctionalityofourartisticcity,thetraditionaldecorativeartasaspacedecorative techniquesandslowlyintothemodernscientificsystemspacedesign.Sinceancienttimes,peoplecanbesomethingofbeautytoimpressthepublicspaceofthecityisspacecitypersonalizedbeautyshow,thetraditionaldecorativeartsforpeoplelivinginthecitycancreateabetterenvironmentrespitetotheircombineduse,butalsotoourexcellentoneofthetraditionalartisticheritageandculturalcharacteristicsoftheperformanceoftheway.Basedonthetraditionaldecorativeartstomodernurbanpublicrecreationalspacetoexploreinnovativedesignanddevelopment,asthebasicpoint,thestatusofboththeconceptandresearchtosortoutfromthedevelopmentofpublicrecreationalspaceandtraditionaldecorativearts,type,throughbothformsofculturalsimilaritiesandpersonality,therelationshipbetweenresearchandhowtointegratedesignincontemporaryurbanleisurespacetraditionaldecorativeelements.Meanwhile,urbanspacefromtheperspectiveofmentalandphysicalandchemicalanalysisofthecharacteristicsandtheroleoftraditionaldecor,contemporaryurbanleisurespaceandthenfindtheproblemsinthedesign,summedupthetraditionaldecorativeartsandleisurespacedesigncombinedwiththeuseofthebasicprinciplesanddesigntechniques.Finally,thetheoreticalbasisoftheaboveleisurespacelandscapesofGuilincasestudy,asimpleoverviewofthestatusoftheapplicationGuilinwaterfrontlandscape,scenicandculturallandscapes,streetsandsquaresdecoratedintraditional,summarizedtheleisurespacedesignshortcomings,andtomakerecommendationsandoutlook,expectationsoffuturespaceenvironmentinGuilindesign,tobetterintegrateintotheChineseclassicelementsofthetraditionaldecorativeartsandheritagedevelopmenttoachievebothandupdates.Keywords:Urbanpublicrec
